Accessing Notification & Messaging Functions

Note: This feature is only available for Super Admin on the Enterprise Platform.

In addition to the standard notifications that Players receive for Project activities, you can also broadcast customized notifications to specific groups of Players using the Notification & Messaging functions.

To access the Notification & Messaging functions:

1. On the Admin Dashboard, click on "Super Admin" on the left sidebar.
2. Select “Notification & Messages”.
3. You will see 2 options - In-App Notifications and Messaging.
   1. In-App Notifications: 
      • Can be sent to Players only
      • Players can view in-app notifications via the Player Web or mobile application.
      • A push notification may also be triggered for those with the mobile application installed.
   2. Messaging:
      • Can be sent to Players and/or Administrators
      • Players can view messages via the Player Web or mobile application
      • Administrators can view messages via their Inbox in the Admin Dashboard
