Service hours, as its name suggests, are hours you can purchase to engage the services of the Gametize experts, typically to accomplish objectives beyond what you see in our Basic Plans.
Below are the management services you may procure with the service hours:
- Project Management: the end-to-end management of the Project, from communication and facilitation to content creation.
- Consulting: on how to best use the Gametize platform to solve your problems.
- Creatives: dedicated design lead in determining the Project’s creative direction and/or creation of the visual assets
- Customizations: technical services to customize the product further to suit your use case better

1. Project Scoping & Consultation
- Strategic Consultation: Discuss objectives, target audience, success metrics, and best practices for gamification.
- Solution Scoping: Identify the app or game structure, specific features needed, and a roadmap or implementation timeline.
2. Platform Setup, Implementation, Customizations
- Account & Project Setup: Initial configuration of your Gametize Project(s), environment, user roles, etc.
- Feature Configuration: Assistance in setting up specific Gametize features such as Leaderboards, Rewards, Teams, or SSO.
- Integrations & APIs: Guidance or support integrating Gametize with third-party systems (CRM, LMS, HRIS, etc.), including basic API usage.

Basic Customizations: (White Label Plans and Enterprise Plans only)
- Front-end changes beyond the standard Gametize White-Label offerings
- Front-end scripting, with no back-end logic processing
- Front-end displaying of data available from Gametize Platform or 3rd-Party Solutions

- Content Strategy: Advising on challenge types, engagement mechanics, and reward structures to meet your objectives.
- Copywriting & Storyboarding: Drafting or refining challenge text, quiz questions, storyline, or instructions for clarity and impact.
- Creative Ideation: Brainstorming and conceptualizing game themes, narratives, or event tie-ins.
4. UI/UX Enhancements & Creatives
- Branding & Theming: Applying your brand guidelines (logos, colors, fonts) to Gametize’s templates or customizing the look and feel.
- Creatives & Graphic Asset Support: Basic assistance creating or modifying icons, banners, and images to align with your gamified experience.
5. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- In-Platform Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving configuration issues or user-facing errors.
- Platform Optimization: Recommending best practices to improve performance, engagement, or user experience.
6. Training & Workshops
- Platform Training: Hands-on sessions to help your team master the Gametize Admin Dashboard, content creation, user management, analytics, etc.
- Gamification Workshops: Sessions on gamification theory, design principles, and practical application using Gametize tools.
7. Project Management & Administration
- Ongoing Project Coordination, Communiations: Scheduling check-ins, gathering feedback, and ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- User Administration: Helping manage user roles, groups, or distribution lists; setting up user journeys or onboarding flows.

- Data Analysis: Reviewing user engagement metrics, challenge completion rates, or reward redemption.
- Custom Reporting: Building or advising on the setup of specific dashboards, Excel exports, or data visualizations to track KPIs.
9. White-Label Solutions (Where Applicable)
- Mobile App White-Labeling: Configuration of branded mobile apps (iOS/Android) under your organization’s developer account.
- Quality Assurance & Submission: Guidance on App Store and Google Play submission requirements, app testing, and version control.
Important Notes
- Scope & Priorities: You can allocate your Service Hours to any combination of tasks. Often, clients prioritize a mix of consultation, platform setup, and content creation.
- Bundling & Custom Requests: If you have special requirements—like extensive custom development or advanced third-party integrations—Gametize may bundle Service Hours or propose a separate statement of work (SOW).
- Flexibility: Your Service Hours are flexible and may be spread across different phases of your project (e.g., initial launch vs. ongoing optimization).
