What are Enhancement Hours?

Enhancement Hours are similar to Service Hours and are offered as part of an Enterprise Plan contract. Project Managers will draw either fully or partially from the pool of Enhancement Hours that is committed to a client for requests that are assessed to enhance the overall functionalities in Gametize Platform and the background intellectual property. 

Utilization of Enhancement Hours and the timeline of feature requests are evaluated by the Gametize Project Team. Factors that are considered include alignment with Gametize's vision, commercial value to other clients, urgency of requests, and internal roadmap timeline. Please rest assured your Project Team will assess with fairly and reasonably.
