[MODERATOR] Removing Players from Project

This article will cover the steps to remove Players from a Project. There are 3 ways to do so:

• Remove single Player 
• Remove multiple Players via Bulk Actions
• Remove multiple Players via Excel Upload

To remove a single Player:

1. Select a Project from which you would like to remove the Player. 
2. Navigate to Project Tools.
3. Scroll to the section ‘Player Management (Project)’ and select “Player Manager”
4. You will see a list of Players who are currently in the Project.
5. Under the Actions column, click on .
6. You will be directed to the confirmation page to confirm your action.

To remove multiple Players via Bulk Actions

1. Select a Project from which you would like to remove the Player. 
2. Navigate to Project Tools.
3. Scroll to the section ‘Player Management’ and select “Player Manager”. You will see a list of Players who are currently in the Project. 
4. In the top right corner, under “Bulk actions” click .
5. This will launch a multiple-selection popup window. You can select multiple Players by:
   1. 1. Searching for the Player’s name or email address
      2. Selecting the checkbox in the header row to select all 
      3. Selecting 1 or more checkboxes from the list

      6. Click to proceed to the confirmation screen and complete the action.

To remove multiple Players via Excel Upload

1. Select a Project from which you would like to remove the Player. 
2. Navigate to Project Tools.
3. Scroll to the section ‘Player Management’ and select “Player Manager”. You will see a list of Players who are currently in the Project. 
4. In the top right corner, under “Bulk actions” click .
5. This will launch a popup window. Select the 2nd tab - “Upload Excel File”.
6. Click to select a file from your file manager.
7. Click to complete the action.
