Managing Certificates Recipients

This article covers the following:

• Viewing Certificate issued to Player

Viewing Certificate issued to Player

1. Go to Project Tools and select Digital Credentials Manager.
2. Scroll and search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
3. Under Actions, click View Recipients.
4. Scroll and search for the Players whose certificate you would like to view.
5. Under Actions, click View Certificate.
6. You will be redirected to open.cert.io for instant verification of the certificate's authenticity.
7. Choose to download or print the certificate.

Revoking Certificate issued to a Player

1. Go to Project Tools and select Digital Credentials Manager.
2. Search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
3. Under Actions, click View Recipients.
4. Find the Player whose certificate you would like to revoke.
5. Under Actions, click Revoke Certificate.
6. Choose the appropriate reason and enter the word 'confirm'.
7. Click .

Revoking Certificate issued to Player via Bulk Actions

1. Prepare an Excel file with Players' email addresses in the first column and save it as .xlsx.
2. Go to Project Tools and select Digital Credentials Manager.
3. Search for the Certificate.
4. Under Actions, click View Recipients.
5. Under Bulk Actions, click Revoke Certificates.
6. Select the Players.
7. Choose the reason and enter 'confirm'.
8. Click .
