Viewing Certificate issued to Player
- Go to Project Tools and select Digital Credentials Manager.
- Scroll and search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
- Under Actions, click View Recipients.
- Scroll and search for the Players whose certificate you would like to view.
- Under Actions, click View Certificate.
- You will be redirected to open.cert.io for instant verification of the certificate's authenticity.
- Choose to download or print the certificate.
Revoking Certificate issued to a Player
- Go to Project Tools and select Digital Credentials Manager.
- Search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
- Under Actions, click View Recipients.
- Find the Player whose certificate you would like to revoke.
- Under Actions, click Revoke Certificate.
- Choose the appropriate reason and enter the word 'confirm'.

| NOTE: Revoking a certificate is permanent. Once revoked, it cannot be reissued to the Player. |
Revoking Certificate issued to Player via Bulk Actions
- Prepare an Excel file with Players' email addresses in the first column and save it as .xlsx.
- Go to Project Tools and select Digital Credentials Manager.
- Search for the Certificate.
- Under Actions, click View Recipients.
- Under Bulk Actions, click Revoke Certificates.
- Select the Players.
- Choose the reason and enter 'confirm'.
