Issuing Certificates to Players

There are two ways to issue Certificates to Players:

Issuing Certificates via bulk selection

  1. Go to Project Tools and select Digital Credentials Manager under User Management & Awardables.
  2. Search for the Certificate you wish to award.
  3. Under Actions, select Issue Certificate to Players.
  4. Select bulk action - select from list.png and choose the Players.
  5. Click Next.jpg.
  6. Select the type of notification to send to the selected Players.
  7. Click confirm.jpg.

Issuing Certificates via Excel upload

NOTE: To issue Certificates via Excel upload, you must have the Players’ email addresses.
  1. Go to Project Tools and select Digital Credentials Manager under User Management & Awardables.
  2. Search for the Certificate you wish to award.
  3. Under Actions, select Issue Certificate to Players.
  4. Click bulk action - upload excel file.png.
  5. Click select a file.jpg and select the Excel file.
  6. Select the type of notification to send to the selected Players.
  7. Click upload.jpg.
