[NEW FEATURE] Content Archiving - organize your growing list of Topics, Flashcards, Challenges via the Admin Dashboard

When your Project grows, especially in the number of Topics, Flashcards, and Challenges, it can get a little cumbersome when it comes to keeping them organized. Well, content archiving may now be your go-to function! 

Archive to sort and keep content that you do not need frequent access to out of the main view. After archiving, you may notice that you can better manage content which you would like to focus on - now parked under the ‘Current’ view. And all these can happen without deleting any Topic, Flashcard, or Challenge!

If at any point you would like to revisit or reuse any of the archived content, there is the option to unarchive them. This will immediately shift the content to the ‘Current’ view and back to its original position in the list of Topics or Flashcards and Challenges. 

Here are a few ways that Ninjas at Gametize like to use the archiving feature:

• Hide content that is currently irrelevant or out-of-context
• Put away content that is of low priority and keep the high priority ones in the ‘Current’ view
• Store content that we are not ready to part ways with (i.e. delete)

Content archiving is available for Topics and Flashcards & Challenges. And, via the Project Manager and Topic Manager, you can easily toggle between ‘Current’ and ‘Archived’.
