[Personality Quiz] Allow Players to re-do personality quiz

Allow the options for players to reset (effectively it means deleting all of the player's submission within the topic). It could be an "Action" content card in future. (not urgent)

If there is a way for users to redo without deleting the submissions, that will be very cool too!

Backend support has been completed for topic setting to allow players to reset their activities (i.e. delete completions/comments/votes) in the topic.

App support is in progress.

Keith, Topic Activity Reset is now ready. As long as Admins enable the function for Topic Activity Reset, Players will be able to do so via the Player Web or App (available on iOS for now).
