[Billing] Users Do Not Know How to Change Plans or Downgrade by Themselves
Answered/Implemented- Suggestions:
- In the Project Manager’s Project Plan panel, there are a couple of links (not available in VIP plans): View Plan and Change Plan. Typically, users should click on Change Plan and select the Free Plan. However, it will be good to have a “Downgrade Plan” or “Unsubscribe”, which should set them back to the Free Plan.
