[Dashboard Home - Side Nav Bar] Change the collapse button icon on the side nav bar

Context

Didn't realize that the sidebar is perhaps designed not to be minimized (a behavior I was conditioned to due to previous design).

If the intent is to encourage admins not to close it, the X button can perhaps be changed to a "<-" arrow.
