[Project] Automatically Generated Tutorial Topic with All Challenges
Answered/ImplementedThis is based on feedback from the 14 Dec 2018 workshop, and the only article I have found that is similar to this post is: https://support.gametize.com/hc/en-gb/community/posts/360002808311-Tutorials-for-first-time-users-on-certain-functions-of-Admin-Dashboard
Currently, we have a Progress Bar in BETA to provide new Admin users an overview of what it takes to create a game. It is designed to be as brief as possible for beginner Admins — they are given the knowledge and tools to create a minimum viable basic game without the complicated bells and whistles of advanced options.
That's also the weakness of the Progress Bar, that it does not cover anything more than that. Gametize has a variety of Challenge types that cannot be adequately addressed by the steps within the Progress Bar, yet knowledge of the various Challenge types does not yet qualify as advanced.
A proposed solution is to have a 'starter' Topic within every new Project created (upon this solution's inception in BETA). This 'starter' Topic will be both unpublished and private when embedded into new Projects, to prevent its content from interfering with the Admin user's desired game flow and content.
This 'starter' Topic will house all Challenges and their various permutations (Polls, Multiple Options and Single, Quizzes, Multiple-Attempts and Single Attempts etc). Their Challenge titles will be named according to their Challenge types, and their descriptions explain their use cases and additional information for using them (we may need explanatory notes for Challenges like QR).
This is very different from Template Projects / Games, which cover platform use cases instead of addressing the use cases of the different types of Challenges.

This post is closed as it is similar to [Project] Every project will have these automatically included (unpublished) topics, upon creation.
The Project, Demo Game Walkthrough will be added to any newly created Admin account. The Project can be edited to cover the use cases of different types of Challenges.
