[Admin Dashboard] Feedback message for attempting to transfer Challenges from Standard Topic to Personality Quiz Topic

By practice, you're unable to transfer any other types of Challenges from a Standard Topic to a Personality Topic (and vice versa) - however, when you attempt to do so you only get an "error" message which gives the impression the system has broken in some way...

Thus, I'd recommend a specific feedback screen for when you attempt to do this...something like "oops! You can't do that" and give the reason why.

  We have rectified the situation by making it so that it is no longer possible to move a challenge to a topic where it can't go, so such an error message should no longer be necessary. Thanks for the feedback!
