Can I change (i.e. downgrade/upgrade) my discounted plan?
Yes, but please note that your discount will not be automatically applied if you change your plan through the Admin Dashboard.
If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan, please contact us at support@gametize.com so we can:
Review your request
Provide you with the coupon code needed for your subscription
NOTE: When contacting us, do let us know your application details: name, email address, and organization in the application form. |
Can I apply the discount to an existing paid plan?
Yes, you can apply the selected discount option to an existing paid plan. But, the discount will only be effective starting from the next billing cycle. You will not be able to apply the discount for previous billing cycles (i.e. past billing cycles which you’ve already paid).
Example:
If you subscribed to a Regular Plan from June 2026 to October 2026 and your billing date is the 15th of each month, and your non-profit application is approved on 1 November 2026, the discount will only be applied starting from 15 November 2026.
Payments made from June 2026 to October 2026 remain unchanged.
How will my discount be applied?
After your Non-profit Pricing Scheme application has been approved:
You will be provided a coupon code reflecting the discount you are entitled to.
You may then apply the coupon code directly to your project’s subscription.
What are the modes of payment available?
There are 2 modes of payment available:
- Direct subscriptions using credit card
- A request for manual invoicing
For manual invoice details, please refer to the Help Centre article: https://support.gametize.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360053912192
