The Messaging Inbox window occupies the full height of the Admin Dashboard, regardless of the adjusted size.
- Be able to see multiple chat windows - especially useful for Admins managing multiple conversations each time.
- Of course, less scrolling is needed when the messaging is long.
- The content of the messages can be presented clearly and in bigger font sizes.
