Accessing Gametize Support & Community

There are 2 ways to access the Gametize Community.

1. Via Gametize home page
2. Via your Admin Dashboard

Via Gametize home page

1. Simply go on to Gametize.com.
2. In the footer (bottom page), you will see “Help Center” or “Forum”. Simply click on either of the links below it. 
   • Support
     • Help Centre directs you to where you can access support articles that help you navigate the Gametize platform.
     • Getting Started directs you to where can access support articles that introduce Gametize and the basics of our platform. 
   • Community 
     • Forums direct you to where you can see News and Updates as well as discussions raised by other platform users.
       
     • Feature Request directs you to where you can see the discussion raised by other platform users.

You may use this method to access Gametize Support & Community even if you do not have an account or not logged in. 

Via your Admin Dashboard

1. This begins with you signing in to your Administrator account. 
2. To the far right of the top bar, locate your user profile icon and click on it. This will expand all account-related options. 
3. Click on .
4. This will direct you to the Help Centre where you can access support articles that help you navigate the Gametize platform.
