[Dashboard UI] Functions in the Top Bar

The Top Bar is designed to be persistent as you navigate across the different pages, giving you easy access to some of the universal functions on the platform. They include: 

1. The breadcrumbs, telling you the last couple of pages that you have visited. You can also click on those page links to return to where you came from. 
2. The user profile (previously in the collapsible-expandable sidebar) is now in the far right, for you to quickly access all account-related options. 
3. The search bar has been made more prominent with its color. 
4. The Messaging Inbox also has its icon enlarged for easy spotting.
