[BETA] Managing Certificates Recipients

This article covers the following:

• Viewing Certificate issued to Player
• Revoke Certificate issued to a Player
• Revoking Certificate issued to Player via Bulk Actions

Viewing Certificate issued to Player

1. Go to Project Tools and select "Digital Credentials Manager".
2. Scroll and search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
3. Under "Actions", click on "View Recipients".
4. Scroll and search for the Players you would like to view the certificate. 
5. Under "Actions", click on "View Certificate".
6. It will redirect to open.cert.io for instant verification of the certificate's authenticity. 
7. Choose to download the certificate or print it out for the player's records or for sharing as necessary.

Revoking Certificate issued to a Player 

1. Go to Project Tools and select "Digital Credentials Manager".
2. Scroll and search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
3. Under "Actions", click on "View Recipients".
4. Scroll and search for the Players you would like to revoke the certificate. 
5. Under "Actions", click on "Revoke Certificate".
6. Choose the appropriate reason for revoking and confirm the action by entering the word 'confirm'.
7. Once done, click on .

Revoking Certificate issued to Player via Bulk actions

1. Before you begin, make sure you’ve got the excel file prepared according to the following guidelines:
   • 1st column: Players’ email addresses
   • Excel file saved as .xlsx.
2. Go to Project Tools and select "Digital Credentials Manager".
3. Scroll and search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
4. Under "Actions", click on "View Recipients".
5. Under "Bulk Actions", click on "Revoke Certificates"
6. Scroll and select the Players you wish to revoke the certificate issued.
7. Choose the appropriate reason for revoking and confirm the action by entering the word 'confirm'.
8. Once done, click .
