Viewing Certificate issued to Player
- Go to Project Tools and select "Digital Credentials Manager".
- Scroll and search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
- Under "Actions", click on "View Recipients".
- Scroll and search for the Players you would like to view the certificate.
- Under "Actions", click on "View Certificate".
- It will redirect to open.cert.io for instant verification of the certificate's authenticity.
- Choose to download the certificate or print it out for the player's records or for sharing as necessary.
Revoking Certificate issued to a Player
- Go to Project Tools and select "Digital Credentials Manager".
- Scroll and search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
- Under "Actions", click on "View Recipients".
- Scroll and search for the Players you would like to revoke the certificate.
- Under "Actions", click on "Revoke Certificate".
- Choose the appropriate reason for revoking and confirm the action by entering the word 'confirm'.
- Once done, click on .
NOTE: Revoking a certificate is a permanent action. Once revoked, these certificates cannot be reissued to the Player. |
Revoking Certificate issued to Player via Bulk actions
- Before you begin, make sure you’ve got the excel file prepared according to the following guidelines:
- 1st column: Players’ email addresses
- Excel file saved as .xlsx.
- Go to Project Tools and select "Digital Credentials Manager".
- Scroll and search for the Certificate you wish to revoke.
- Under "Actions", click on "View Recipients".
- Under "Bulk Actions", click on "Revoke Certificates"
- Scroll and select the Players you wish to revoke the certificate issued.
- Choose the appropriate reason for revoking and confirm the action by entering the word 'confirm'.
- Once done, click .
NOTE: Revoking a certificate is a permanent action. Once revoked, these certificates cannot be reissued to the Player. |
