When a user logs in as an Administrator, 2FA Verification will be activated if it is enabled and set up.
You may encounter issues when logging in using 2FA Verification Code with Google Authenticator if the time is not synchronized correctly with Google servers. For example, you may receive a prompt "Please retrieve a new code using your Authenticator app and try again”.
To set the correct time, please follow the steps below:
- Launch the Google Authenticator App and select Settings.
- Select Time correction for codes and click on Sync now.
- After the sync is complete, you will be able to login using 2FA verification on the Admin Dashboard.
