Coming Soon: Admin API for Enterprise Platforms

One of the most requested features from our Enterprise customers is finally on its way.

We're excited to announce that the Gametize Admin API will soon be available for pilot testing on eligible Enterprise platforms.

The Admin API opens up new integration possibilities, allowing your organization's existing systems to interact directly with Gametize for administrative operations and reporting.

Phase 1 (Pilot)

The initial pilot will include the following capabilities:

Administrative Actions

• Reset player password
• Activate user account
• Suspend user account

Summary Endpoints

• User summary
• Project summary

These APIs make it easier to automate user administration. For example, organizations can integrate Gametize with their HRMS, identity management, or employee onboarding systems to automatically activate, suspend, or manage user accounts without requiring administrators to perform these actions manually in the CMS.

The summary APIs also provide a convenient way for external systems and dashboards to retrieve high-level information about users and projects.

Phase 2 (Currently in Development)

We're already working on the next phase, which will introduce additional APIs for reporting and user management:

Analytics

• Topic Progress
• Player Statistics

Administrative Actions

• Create User

These analytics APIs are particularly useful for organizations integrating Gametize with Learning Management Systems (LMS), business intelligence platforms, or internal reporting dashboards. Instead of manually exporting reports, learning progress and participation statistics can be retrieved programmatically and incorporated into existing workflows.

The Create User API will also enable automated account provisioning, making it easier to onboard new employees, students, or members directly from your organization's existing systems.

Looking Ahead

This is just the beginning of our Admin API journey. We plan to expand the available endpoints over time based on customer feedback and real-world integration scenarios.
