Video Challenge Upload Limit

To ensure a smoother upload and playback experience for all users, Gametize has updated the maximum video duration and file size allowed for Video Challenges.

Updated Video Upload Limits

The new video upload limits are as follows:

Enterprise Platform: 20 seconds, or up to 75 MB

Partners Platform: 20 seconds, or up to 75 MB

gametize.com: 15 seconds, or up to 50 MB

What this means for users

When submitting a Video Challenge, users will need to ensure that their uploaded video does not exceed the maximum duration or file size allowed for the platform they are using.

For example:

• If you are using an Enterprise or Partners platform, your video should be 20 seconds or shorter and 75 MB or smaller.

• If you are using gametize.com, your video should be 15 seconds or shorter and 50 MB or smaller.

Videos that exceed the duration or file size limit may need to be trimmed or compressed before they can be uploaded successfully.

Why is there a difference between platforms?

The limit for gametize.com is slightly shorter because it is a public website. This helps maintain better performance and a smoother experience across the platform.
