2022 Q1 Product Updates

Major Enhancements:

• [Enterprise Platforms] App Access Analytics

  • Only accessible by Super Admin

  • Data is only available for native mobile apps and ReactJS. Hence, this feature may be hidden for selected platforms.

• App events currently logged:

  • Native apps: Enter/leave application, login/logout

  • ReactJS: Enter page (application)

  • This is suitable to be used to gauge active player account for Enterprise Platforms, with the exception of platforms which do not have API usage.

• [Enterprise Platforms] Super Admin can transfer any project to a new owner.

• [Enterprise Platforms] Support for using total points as team points.*

  • Configuration applies to all projects in the platform.

  • This should be configured as a one-time change when setting up a new platform. Changing it midway is discouraged due to possible confusion introduced to players/admins.

• [Enterprise Platforms] Support for quarterly indexing of team points*

Minor Enhancements:

• [Enterprise Platforms]  Allow Super Admin to decide whether to send email when changing password for Player.

• Set minimum unit as 1 for Player/Completion count used in line charts.

• Allow Project Admin to duplicate projects.

• Allow Project Admins to add/remove other Project Admin.

Fixes:

• Fixed issues with team achievements visibility in mobile/web apps.

• Remove scheduled publishing date when challenge/flashcard is published manually by admin

• Fixed issues with challenge/flashcard being unpublished automatically when admin tries to make changes to a published challenge/flashcard with a scheduled publishing date.

• [Enterprise Platforms] Fixed issues with topic category image not showing up correctly in CMS

  • Topic category image support is enabled only in a small number of Enterprise Platforms.

• Show straight lines instead of curves for analytics

  • Curves have issues with line being out of range in between points.
