[Roadmap] Integrating Gametize Widget in your App and Web for seamless gamification
With our new Widget Integration, we are opening up a way for you to embed gamification directly into your existing app. No need to redirect users or change platforms. Just smooth, in-app fun that drives engagement. Here's our Blueprint doc for your viewing pleasure!
🧭 The Vision: Gamification That Lives Inside Your App & Web
Imagine your users accessing daily check-ins, spin-the-wheel games, mini challenges, and point-based missions without ever leaving your app. The Gametize widget makes that possible, giving your audience a familiar experience with a powerful gamification engine running under the hood.
Phase 1: Pick Your Widget Style
You have two flexible options to choose from when embedding Gametize into your platform.
Widget Style 1 & 2: Embedded Experience
Integrate Gametize components directly into your app layout. You could place a gamification card right on your home screen or learning dashboard.
This style is ideal if you want gamification to feel like a native part of the experience, especially for learning, productivity, wellness, or lifestyle apps.
Widget Style 3: Icon-Triggered Portal
Add a joystick-style icon to your footer or middle navigation. Tapping it opens a full-screen browser overlay inside your app. This keeps the main interface clean, while still offering a rich gamified experience.
This works well for mobile apps, web apps, commerce platforms, or any campaign-focused experience.

Phase 2: Features You Can Instantly Activate
Once the widget is embedded, your users get access to:
- Daily check-ins

- Spin the wheel games

- Mini-games and micro challenges

- Missions with point collection

All of this is powered through a webview, allowing for fast deployment and updates without needing to repackage your app.
Phase 3: Scalable and Ready for Campaigns
The widget is designed to be:
- Web-based and mobile-friendly
- Allowing you to plug in different game formats
- Perfect for seasonal events, onboarding flows, or employee engagement pilots
It functions like the campaign hubs you see on Shopee or Lazada, but now within your own ecosystem.
-
Ivy Chen we could show some B2C examples maybe, e.g. make 3 purchases.
