Why Some Player Emails May Be Missing in the CMS

If you're an admin and notice that some player email addresses are missing in the CMS, there are a couple of common reasons:

1. Facebook Sign-In

When a user signs in using Facebook, their email address may not be shared with Gametize. This is due to Facebook privacy settings, which can restrict access to email information—even for third-party login systems like ours. As a result, the email won’t appear in the CMS.

2. Guest Access for Public Projects

If your project is set to public, players can sign in as guests. In this mode, users can start interacting with your content without providing an email address. This makes it easier for users to get started, but it also means you may not be able to identify them through email in your admin view.
