Feature: Points Validity Period for Reward Store (Enterprise Plan Only)
We’re rolling out an exciting update to the Reward Store on our Enterprise platform—introducing the ability to specify a points validity period!
🎯 What’s Changing?

Administrators can now define a start and end date for points counted towards reward redemption.

Only points earned and spent within the specified period will contribute to the user’s balance.

Previously, the balance always included all-time points, giving long-time users an advantage over newcomers.
💡 Why This Matters
Our Enterprise clients shared feedback that when new rewards are introduced, older users tend to redeem them quickly, leaving newer users at a disadvantage. This update levels the playing field by allowing administrators to set a fairer redemption system.
🔧 How to Set It Up

Go to Reward Manager in the CMS.

Click on "Settings" (new button).

Specify the valid from and/or valid until date.
