Introducing: Map Manager (New Feature)

We’ve launched Map Manager – a new way to explore topics using interactive maps instead of a regular topic list. Admins can upload a custom image (like a world map or floor plan) and place clickable hotspots linked to topics. It’s fun, visual, and works on both web and mobile!

🔑 Key Features

• Custom Maps – Upload any image that suits your content (e.g. world map, treasure hunt, office layout).
• Hotspot Navigation – Users tap on a spot to jump into a topic.
• Cross-platform – Works on both Web and Mobile App (latest version).

• Learning – Explore topics by clicking countries on a world map.
• Retail Training – Click on store sections to learn about them.
• Gamified Journey – Create an adventure-style map with challenges.
• Onboarding – New hires explore company departments via an office map.
• Event Guide – Let users tap a venue map to view sessions or booths.

🛠️ How to Set It Up

Step 1: Open Map Manager

• Go to Project Tools
• Click on Map Manager, then select “New Map”

Step 2: Upload Your Map

• Upload a map image (PNG, JPG, GIF)
• Add a name and short description

Step 3: Add Hotspots

• Click to place a hotspot
• Name it and link it to a Topic
• Drag to move it, resize as needed

Step 4: Save

• Click Save, and you’re done!
• Users will now see your topics directly on the map view

📝 Note:
First demo was designed specifically for optimal mobile viewing in a 9:16 ratio, so you may notice a mobile-style layout even when viewing on desktop.

Second demo was designed for both desktop and mobile experience in a 1:1 ratio image.
