[Project] Suggestion to notify players and project admins when completions edits are performed.

This suggestion was received from Henna Sachdeva (3PillarGlobal).

As the 3PillarGlobal team have regular checking and at times, they have to remove duplicated completions from double entries by their users or include missed out completions.

As such, they would like to see a function that can be selected to trigger a push notification or email notification to their users and admins when changes are made to completions. This way, both parties can be notified of what has been changed.
