[UX] [High priority] Non-Hidden Privilege Workflow for Project Admins/ Project Owner (e.g. Duplicate Project)

Some customers are not aware they could do certain things only as Project Owners. E.g. see https://support.gametize.com/hc/en-gb/community/posts/4407763536793--Clarification-Why-only-Project-Owners-and-Super-Admins-can-duplicate-Projects. 

As such, I would like to recommend a "Non-Hidden Privilege" Workflow as opposed to our current "Hidden Privilege Workflow". In the former, all features Project Owners can access will appear in Project Admin's view too (similar to Project Tools for different plans). When the function is accessed, the Project Admin will be prompted and educated on why they can't do certain actions, and what they can work with (e.g. inform Project Owner to help to duplicate Project, or Super Admin to do it via Super Admin functions). 

This will help reduce support tickets as well as reduce confusions even internally as some of these Project Owner-only function are not easy to remember on the mechanics. The other privilege is the ability to add other admins.
