FAQ: Will I be billed if I write to support@gametize.com?
Answer:
1) Gametize is able to provide user management services like pre-activating your batch of users for you (so the users need not manually activate their account - this is helpful when importing a big group of corporate users). Please see https://support.gametize.
2) Generally, any questions answered on emails through support@gametize.com or with any of us, technical or not, are not billable, unless other forms of communications are required, e.g. calls, completion of forms, review of agreements.
