[UI/UX] Disable "Get My Account" until check box is ticked

This is to avoid the password fields from being reset when the player tap on "Get My Account" first (no client-side validation)

Also, I would like to recommend to shorten the agreements to make them links instead with popups (may not be GDPR compliant, please check).
