[Achievements] Bugs: Achievement Image & Copywriting Revision for Invalid Rule

There's two things:

1) Copywriting Revision *minor
"Rule object ID is required" – this is because I selected a Topic without a Challenge in it for a rule where I want the Player to "complete this Challenge x times", maybe revise it to "Challenge ID required" or...? 

2) Bug: "You must upload an image for your Achievement!"
It seems that once I make a save to the Achievement, it resets the image as if I had not uploaded one. So, I need to re-upload the exact same image again to avoid getting the "You must upload an image for your Achievement!" error message.
