[App Customizer] Option for downgraded Standard Plans (e.g. Free, Light, Regular) to revert App Customizer changes to default

Use case being (I am writing because of my conversation with an enquiry):

1) Admin's Project either was on a Free Trial (Premium) or Premium Plan.

2) Admin has made changes via the App Customizer.

3) Trial expires, or Admin downgrades to Free Plan manually, or Admin downgrades to Light/Regular Plan

4) Admin wants to revert the changes they made on the App Customizer for whatever reason (e.g. they were just testing the buttons/background)

The only purpose really is to avoid the problem where they have to write in to support to request a change. But we won't typically honor other changes, only reverting back to original home screen.

E.g. "As the App Customizer is only available on Premium Plans, you are only able to revert the App Home Page back to default. Restore? Yes/No" haha!
