[Rewards] Multiple-Option Choice for Rewards

Hi,
It would be good to have a “multiple choice” rewards option where players can select from a list of reward options (eg; sizes for a T-Shirt reward)

I think what could be easier:
Stage 1: Implement a generic "field" for users to remark on when they redeem. (e.g. users can indicate what size, what color, what delivery address)
Stage 2: Admin can opt to have the remarks "not empty" and customize the question above the field.
The description on rewards itself could request users to enter the relevant information.
