[App, Web] Resend Activation link

Since now all Player accounts need to be activated, to have the option to resend activation link on the login page.

  Lixin, resending activation has always been crucial (even prior to this additional flow) and the link can be readily found in the registration page.

  Strongly suggest we move it out of the register page and into the login page.

  • Link is not readily found in registration. Link is there, but at the bottom of the page (/registermobile).
  • Re-activate account is a function associated more towards login (specifically, pre-login), as opposed to registration. I may not think to look into the registration page to find the link for resending activation.

  Li Xin I will go ahead and add the link to the email login page for the player web first.

  The error message "account is not activated" will show up in an alert on email login page if the player attempts to log in with an account that hasn't been activated. Thus, it is only right to have the resend activation email link on the email login page.
  
  For Android / iOS, because creating the link (and perhaps the webview / framed page) will require app updates, the updates on these apps will come a lot later.
