Introduce function to deduct/subtract points from Players

Currently, there is only an Award Bonus Points function and there is no function to deduct/subtract points from Players. 

The current way to do so is by moderating completions which is deleting completions and this will remove the points from the player's total point. 

We will like to suggest a function that allows the Administrator/Owner to deduct/subtract points from Players.
