[App, Web] Ability to zoom in on images

Images are on Flashcard/Challenges are often used to share detailed information with Players. The ability to zoom in on images will be helpful for such use cases. 

Not just the browser/device pinch and zoom function, more like a magnifying function.

  Notes from Gametize: for implementation, it is likely that we will still be using the zoom (magnification) function from the browser.
