[Notifications] Enable Push Notification for Existing Challenges

Hi,

I would like to request a feature that will enable us to send out push notifications for existing challenges. This will allow us to notify/remind our players to complete the challenge if they have not done so already. 

Currently, the push notification setting can only be enabled when creating new challenges. Having the option to enable it for existing challenges will be very helpful :)
