[Notifications] Send a Player Notification When Admin Completes Challenges

Hi, this is a high priority request. 

Essentially when an admin makes a completion for a player, the player will not be notified that a completion has been made. A player will also not be notified if he or she has been awarded with points/achievements for completing the challenge. 

I do suggest to have a checkbox to send a notification to the users when the admin completes a challenge on their behalf. Or essentially notify the player that he or she has received points/achievements upon the admin completing it for them.
