[Achievements] Providing checks when creating Achievements

From the list of Achievements that can be created, the rules associated with the number of completions. , points, comments, flashcards. It will be helpful during the Achievement creation process to display such checks or counts to the Admin, so that:

• Admins create Achievements that can be unlocked 
• Admins need not scroll through multiple pages of the dashboard to count
• Might want to consider publish, expiry, privacy, etc status of the content

This might be important for the design of the upcoming Shuffle Mode Topic - since players can be assigned lesser Challenges that the total number created.
