[Admin Dashboard] Split up invite pages to multiple tabs

The player invite page has 4 independent sections on the same page - this makes it look cluttered, messy, and difficult to navigate. Would be better if the page was broken up into multiple tabs like the Admin Settings page or the new Achievements Manager page. Screenshots below.
