I am flagging this as a Priority request as I can foresee the huge convenience to us internally as well as extending to many other admins.
1) I found this to be a major pain point when I had to re-setup every achievement for topics I have duplicated (as compared to before when achievements are part of the topic). The use case here is I regularly duplicate topics for a recruitment Project to segment the different cohorts and also to make some minor adjustments to content, and every achievement I have set up is closely tied to the various answers. Right now, the workaround is for me to manually change the applicable topic in the achievement settings.
As such, I will suggest that a pop-up can appear to suggest to the admin if they want to duplicate the achievements which are "linked" to any content (i.e. topics or challenge completion), or the duplicated achievements will go ahead (informing the admin) but stay unpublished. This is also relevant to our Topic Template discussions.
2) We can afford to have more descriptions of the achievements (e.g. the rules/applicable topics, and the description). This page may appear more cluttered but it gives a single glance for an admin to have an overview.
