[Edit Challenge, UX] Suggest to duplicate challenge/clear completions in notes box.

We can suggest this instead:

IMPORTANT NOTE: This enhancement to Challenge edit is only available for Challenges with NO completions. To proceed with the edit, go on to delete any remaining completions or simply duplicate the challenge.

  Keith, copywriting reminders to delete any remaining completions or duplicate the challenge are now available on gametize.com when editing a challenge.

  The changes have been made, with a similar copy with the links for "delete any remaining completions" and "duplicate the challenge", and you should see the changes in the next deployment
