[Achievements] Ability to define a "certificate" as an Achievement or Award

As we have many Projects are using Gametize for onboarding or training, it might be a nice feature to be able to generate a "certificate" for Players who manage to complete a Topic with enough points and they can display this on their profile. We might also be able to attract instructors or teachers who want to use a fun, gamified solution.
