[Messaging/Inbox] Hard to manage content enquiries

When a Player reports completions, the inbox message has links to the related content, but there should be a link to the moderation page for the Challenge instead of the challenge manager page. There is also no link to the completion so that we can quickly navigate to it and delete/manage it.

The text is also too small, and the contrast between the grey text and pink background is very poor. I Tested the contrast using a web tool and found that it actually fails most accessibility guidelines.
