[Activity Feed] Include more Player activity in the Activity Feed

I feel that in addition to Completions, the Activity Feed should include

• votes on completions ("Player1 voted on a Completion by Player2"),
• comments on completions (in an expanded view like on social media sites),
• comments on topics (
• comments on challenges. 

I feel that this would make the Activity Feed a lot more vibrant and allow greater interaction and engagement for Players on the respective applications. 

Additionally, it would be nice to comment directly via the Activity Feed, like you can on other social media.
