[Challenge] Points tally of Challenge

With the various ways that an Admin can set points in a Challenge - points per option, points per completion, bonus points, etc, having a points tally can inform Admins how many points they are actually rewarding their Players. 

This can be helpful for when we introduce the Random Challenge Topic where we recommend Admins to assign the same total points for the Challenges to be assigned to Players.
