[App / Web - notifications] Ability to allow Players to view project announcements from push notifications or notifications at app home

At the moment, the message in the notification is generic and does not provide any details. Player has to navigate all the way into the correct project in order to find the project notification. There is no quick link to project notifications, or even just to project home. As such, the project announcement is very hidden and does not bring the message to the player quickly and effectively.
