[Analytics] Add a "Last Viewed Project At" in Player Report for Project

Adding in an additional timestamp data point, "Last Viewed Project At", into our player report will help admin gain greater insights to their player's activity. 

It can be used to identify if a player has viewed the Project but did not complete any challenges. (This would be great for profiling as well - he who surfs the contents but do not complete them :D) 

This is also useful for identifying if players have been having login issues or not.
