[Player Inbox] Suggestions for "Project Enquiries" and Contact Emails

Thank you Li Xin, I probably got confused by the term "Project Enquiries" as I wonder if that will reach the admin, and instead of focused on using "+New".
1) In this case, I would like to add the suggestion to rename it to "Feedback/Help", and by default, there is a message inside indicating "You are able to send your enquiries or feedback to the project admin here". <if a contact email is provided here, the email can also be provided here after>.

2) I also would like to suggest having a button by default that direct users to "Feedback/Help", which App Customizer users can disable if they want to. Could I confirm if admins can recieve email notifications?
3) On this topic: I am wondering where the "contact email" specified in project settings will show up (unable to find articles about this too). We had intended for it to show up as a menu option before. This option may still be helpful especially for sending images/screenshots. Or, will the "Project Enquiries" or all notifications come to this email address?
4) I do feel like it, for the simplest possible rollout, it might be better and much easier to provide a default unpublished topic with all these texts in challenge/flashcard forms for users to contact the admins from there, and to provide help@gametize.com too), like a template topic in every project (I have championed for default starter kit topics with no luck yet). Somewhat like https://gametize.com/play/quest?id=2491.
We do not have a clear route for users needing help at the moment. I have championed before for an option-feature to enable admins to receive notifications for certain challenge completions so this could come up relevant now.

From the screenshot provided, click into the chat window "Project Enquiries" and you will be able to see a typing field at the bottom of the screen.

Hi Keith ,
Renaming from "Project Enquiries" to "Feedback/Help" will be doable for inbox interfaces (mobile/dashboard). I can also try to include the additional copywriting
"You are able to send your enquiries or feedback to the project admin here" in the chat channel when u enter. For the contact email, I will check if it is retrieved, else we can do the above update for first iteration.
by changing the copywriting, Li xin may need to update the support article as well to fit to the new naming. Will wait for confirmation on this before proceeding
