[Challenge Settings - Confirmation Challenge] Enable customization to set how often Confirmation Challenges can be completed

Use case would be for example using the Confirmation Challenge as a daily challenge for users to check in, or a monthly lucky draw where they enter by clicking the confirmation button. Would actually be super useful! Especially now that I'm working on a #WFH game where I want users to come in every day to complete certain Challenges, e.g. just confirming they're here.
