[App Customizer] Having Basic and Advanced App Customizer

I would like to suggest having a Basic App Customizer and Advanced App Customizer, where Basic would allow only home screen update + search button on/off, and Advanced having the rest of the functions. Basic will appear in Light Plan onwards.
